Our garlic has been grown in the cool temperate climate of the Yandoit Hills, near Daylesford in Victoria. We grow Australian White and Australian Red varities and we are developing a purple varity of garlic. The garlic is grown chemically free and has been hand-harvested, cleaned and sorted, all for your small farm needs, eating pleasure and culinary adventures.
